I did it in khulna division as Chairman of Jessore education Board.

I did it correctly where none had to spend a coin for transfer from one Govt. Collage to another Govt. Collage provided post remaining vacant.

6. p) While I was Principal, Kushtia Govt. College, Kushtia, the Director General of Higher Education, Govt. of Bangladesh appointed me an expert for (appointing English lecturer and Principal in Private Colleges under Khulna division.)
7. q) During my tenure as Chairman, Jessore Education Board, I was in charge of the National Teachers Recruitment Committee (N.T.R.C) as Chairman and was entrusted with the power of holding the Examination for the recruitment of teachers in private schools and Private Colleges under Khulna division. It may be noted that Deputy Commissioner of Khulna District was the member secretary of the committee.
8. r) The Head Quarter of Boy-Scouts and Girl`s Guides of Khulna division is at Jessore and I, as the Chairman, Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Jessore, was the Head of this Association also. The Commissioner, Khulna Division is  the  advisor and Deputy Commissioners of ten Districts are simply members.
9. s) During my tenure I used to meet the prime Minister and President of Bangladesh on Special Occasion. Many a time I had to hold talks with the cabinet Ministers and presided over meetings.

By the grace of Allah, the omnipotent, the omniscient and the omnipresent Overlord of the universe I have had no spot as Chairman of Jessore Education Board.
